What will you do?

Be directly in charge of the provision of technical maintenance services in one of our prestigious commercial building.

• Monitor and control mission critical systems using Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Ensure timely maintenance of systems and facilities using computerized maintenance management systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate and schedule work by outside contractors to minimize inconvenience and disruption of business.
• Provide technical assistance, create long & short-term plans and manage the facility.
• Recommend the purchases of new equipment, major capital expenditures, and major maintenance repairs.
• Prepare technical specifications for minor projects and/or equipment replacements.
• Provide project management for capital improvements and monthly status reports.

What we need you to have:

• We need you to be an engineer aka studies in Engineering, or related field
• Electricity turns everything on – so,electrical/mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems are a plus

Communication is the root of all solutions hence outstanding customer services and communication skills are mandatory
